- ➤ The St. Joseph Parks, Recreation, and Civic Facilities Department invites community members to share input on the John Lucas Enhancement Project at a park board meeting on Thursday from 4 to 5 p.m. at the parks administration building on 1920 Grand Avenue, and the comments will help guide plans to secure a state grant for improvements to the playground and shelter house. - ➤ Local businesses can register for the Shop St. Joseph Holiday Program, which will run from November 12 to December 15 (offering shoppers one free ticket and additional tickets for every $10 spent with pricing based on employee count).
