2026 Sugarplum Festival

About this event

Kick off the holiday season with one of St. Joseph’s favorite traditions during the 2026 Sugarplum Festival at the Albrecht-Kemper Museum of Art.

For more than 40 years, the Sugarplum Festival has welcomed shoppers to the museum for a festive holiday gift fair filled with locally made goods, artisan crafts, vintage finds, specialty food and drinks, and products from more than 30 small businesses, entrepreneurs, and makers. Visitors can shop for unique gifts while supporting local businesses and enjoying seasonal entertainment throughout the museum.

The three-day celebration begins Thursday evening with the Sugarplum Preview Party, followed by two full days of holiday shopping on Friday and Saturday. The festival also features live music and performances, lunch catered by Gina’s Cafe and Catering, and the Deck the Halls Auction.

Advance general admission tickets are $8, with admission increasing to $10 at the door. Special Preview Party tickets and packages are also available.
