- ➤ Two local churches helped the unhoused near the Community Missions center in downtown St. Joseph on Sunday. Renew Church and Kingdom Builders Church gave out food, hot cocoa and winter gear as a holiday gesture to bring care to the community. KQ2
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Jacob McMillian (a local pastor and parent) has announced his candidacy for the School District Board, promising to strengthen academics, support early childhood programs, and improve fiscal planning. The election is scheduled for April 2026. KQ2
SPORTS NEWS
- ➤ The Kansas State Wildcats rallied from a slow start and clinched a win on Sunday when freshman guard Brandie Harrod scored a clutch layup with one second remaining at the St. Joseph Civic Arena & the Wildcats are set to face San Diego State on Dec. 10. KQ2
