- ➤ Rolling Hills Library is holding a moving sale this weekend at the former PepperJax Grill location along the Belt Highway as it prepares to move to a new building early next year. The sale runs from noon to 5 p.m. Friday and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday — books are sold at $1 and various items such as tiles, carpet, and shelving are available for the community. - ➤ The Honor Flight Network of Kansas City returned home late Wednesday night after taking many local veterans to Washington DC to see monuments and honor their service. The trip included families like the Gondrings, and the veterans received respect at the Lincoln Memorial — a touching tribute to their dedication. KQ2
