- ➤ Two people were injured in Buchanan County just after 3 p.m. Thursday when a 2002 Ford Ranger lost control on County Road 237 and rolled off; the driver, a 67-year-old from Rushville, and a 35-year-old from St. Joseph—neither wearing seat belts—were taken by EMS to Mosaic Life Care. - ➤ Two people were injured when a 2016 Freightliner M2 driven by a 32-year-old man from Aurora overcorrected and overturned on Interstate 29 in St. Joseph just after 10 a.m. Thursday, and Buchanan County EMS transported both victims—who were properly restrained—to Mosaic Life Care. St. Joseph Post

- ➤ The City of St. Joseph announced that Francis Street—from east of 10th to 12th—and North 12th Street between Francis and Jules will be closed from Saturday 7:00 p.m. to Monday 9:00 a.m. for activities related to the Red Rally event, which is set for Sunday 12-4 p.m.—drivers can still reach the Wesley Senior Towers parking lot while the park’s west stairs remain closed for construction.
