Local Facebook users who have used a spot next to the East Hills Library for nearly a decade now must find a new meeting place—after the City Council approved a contract for a transit station on that lot—due to the planned transit station.

The group, which sees between 30 and 50 cars on Monday nights, will soon explore options with local churches, businesses or community buildings.
