ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ Just before 7 p.m. Thursday, two people were injured in Andrew County when a St. Joseph woman driving a 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander ignored a stop sign on U.S. 59 in Country Club and collided with a southbound 2015 Ford Explorer driven by a Mound City man—EMS took the Explorer driver and his passenger to Mosaic Life Care while the Outlander driver was unhurt. - ➤ On Thursday just after 11 p.m., a 2006 Chrysler Town & Country driven by a 51-year-old St. Joseph woman rear-ended a 2015 Kawasaki UTV driven by a 54-year-old St. Joseph man on Pigeon Hill Road five miles south of the city, sending the UTV off the road and overturning it; a 42-year-old woman and a 7-year-old girl were taken by Buchanan County EMS to Mosaic Life Care while another UTV passenger was checked and released.
