- ➤ United Way seeks volunteers to assemble 900 meal kits for families facing high food bills across Northwest Missouri and Northeast Kansas. Events are at 118 South 5th Street on Tuesday, June 23rd (5:30-7 p.m.), Thursday, June 25th (10:30 a.m.-noon) and Saturday, June 27th (9:30-11 a.m.). St. Joseph Post
CULTURE NEWS
- ➤ Parties on the Parkway will continue on Thursday, June 11 with Michael Shaun Brown (country music) at SW Parkway and 28th Street. The series, hosted by the St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce, runs monthly through September along the parkway system. St. Joseph Post
- ➤ The Missouri Theatre is offering free guided tours at 2 pm and 3 pm on Mondays from June 15 through July 13 as part of its centennial celebration in St Joseph (reservations are encouraged for groups). St. Joseph Post
