- ➤ UPCO held its 18th Paws Only Egg Hunt at Krug Park today, where over 80 dogs and their owners searched for eggs filled with treats redeemable at the store—organizers said the event gives dogs a safe chance to socialize after a long winter indoors. KQ2
- ➤ Today, the 6th Masonic District hosted the MOCHIP event at East Hills Shopping Center to record children’s photos, dental impressions, height, and other details on a flash drive for law enforcement if a child goes missing — local Mason Tim Conrad advised that parents register their children every year as they quickly change. - ➤ On April 17, the Arena League team rebranded as the St. Joseph Goats and hired two Missouri Western student-athletes, with Tyson Lucas as Director of Operations and Emily Crouse as dance coach. Both new hires expressed their eagerness to enhance team operations and boost local football support + further develop their skills for the community. KQ2
