- ➤ Missouri Western's Wildlife Society chapter offers a native plant sale with 13 perennial varieties including Goldenrod and Missouri Coneflower. Customers can pick up plants on Friday, Apr. 24 (from 1 to 5 p.m.), Saturday, Apr. 25 (from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.), or Sunday, Apr. 26 (from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.) at the Agenstein-Remington Building's second floor. CULTURE NEWS
- ➤ Community groups and organizations are encouraged to join the Apple Blossom Parade by submitting entry forms by April 15 to avoid extra fees while forms will be accepted until April 29; the parade will start at 9:30 a.m. on May 2 along Frederick Avenue. St. Joseph Post
- ➤ 816Live! will wrap its season with three shows at the Missouri Theatre – a Taylor tribute on April 18, a Beatles interactive concert on April 26, and a performance by The Drifters on May 2. The Performing Arts Association will announce next season on May 4. St. Joseph Post
