- ➤ Triumph Foods, one of the largest pork processors, is expanding its facility at 5302 Stockyards Expressway in St. Joseph with a nearly $30 million project. The expansion will boost cold storage and shipping space plus add new equipment + machinery for increased production. St. Joseph Post
CULTURE NEWS
- ➤ St. Joseph Museums with First Lutheran and Zion United Church of Christ will host a free Easter event at the historic Wyeth-Tootle Mansion this Saturday at 1100 Charles Street from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Families enjoy crafts, egg hunt (with 12 eggs), and mystery scavenger hunt as supplies last. - ➤ On Apr. 16 from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., MDC will host a virtual birding webinar — led by MDC Ornithologist Kristen Heath-Acre — to help new birders learn to identify Missouri's common species. St. Joseph Post

- ➤ St. Joseph Health Department partnered with the school district to offer vaccine clinics at middle schools so students avoid a last-minute rush before fall. Two clinics are held today at Truman Middle School (8:00 to 11:00 a.m.) and Bode Middle School (11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.). St. Joseph Post
