- ➤ The St. Joseph Police Department and Buchanan County Sheriff's Office will host an eight-week Joint Citizens Law Enforcement Academy with Tuesday classes at 6:00 p.m. at the Law Enforcement Center (501 Faraon) beginning March 31.
